Eligibility

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course. Admission is subject to verification of the provided documents. MMEAC reserves the right to accept or deny any application without further explanation.

Fee Payment and Refund Policy

  • The course fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the program. Installment options, if available, must be followed as per the agreed schedule.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of ₹999 is required at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Training fees once paid are non-refundable. Exceptions apply only if the course is canceled by MMEAC.
  • If you are admitted under any free sponsorship, a security deposit of ₹5,000 is required. This deposit is refundable upon successful completion of the course and final exam. If you leave the course, fail to complete it, or cause disruptions, your admission will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
  • For coaching classes, a monthly fee applies for classroom training. Online course charges will vary as per course specifics.

Attendance and Participation

  • Full attendance is mandatory for the entire course duration. Absence must be justified with valid reasons and approved by the course coordinator.
  • A minimum of 90% attendance is required for all classes. Failing to meet this requirement may lead to disqualification.
  • During the internship, full attendance is required. Uninformed absences will negatively affect your performance evaluation.

Assignment and Project Completion

  • All assignments and projects must be completed and submitted within the specified deadlines.
  • Assignments are a prerequisite for participation in the live project. Incomplete assignments will disqualify you from live project participation.
  • A one-month grace period is given to complete assignments after the initial two months. Failure to complete assignments within this period will disqualify you from the job guarantee.
  • Delays in live project tasks will require the completion of an additional live project before applying for internships.

Course Duration

  • The course consists of 2 months of training and assignments, followed by a 1-month live project.
  • If the course and assignments are not completed within the allotted time frame, an additional fee of ₹5,000 per month will be charged for each extra month required.

Certification

  • Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of the live project and passing the final exam.
  • If the live project is not completed, you are not eligible to take the exam, and no certification will be issued.
  • For retaking the project or exam, an additional fee of ₹5,000 for the project and ₹1,000 for the exam is required.

Behavior and Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. Punctuality, active participation, and respect for peers, instructors, and staff are mandatory.
  • Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent during class. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Misconduct or indiscipline may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
  • Any illegal activities, harassment, or behavior damaging to MMEAC’s reputation will be reported to local authorities and the National Skills Registry (NSR).
  • Activities such as romantic involvement are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in parental notification, police involvement, and admission cancellation.

Use of Facilities

  • Students must use facilities such as labs and libraries responsibly. Misuse will result in a penalty of ₹500 after one warning. Any damage caused by students must be repaired at their expense.

Ethics and Integrity

  • Plagiarism, cheating, or other forms of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may lead to expulsion.
  • Students are expected to demonstrate the following values during training and internships:

National Skills Registry (NSR) Portal Registration

By enrolling, you agree that MMEAC can register your credentials on the NSR portal, ensuring transparency in employment. Misconduct may result in your behavior being reported to NSR, which could affect future job opportunities.

Internship and Placement

  • Internship opportunities are contingent upon course performance and meeting the required standards.
  • If your performance during the live project is poor, no stipend will be provided during the internship.
  • Stipends for internships will range from ₹6,000 to ₹20,000 based on performance. If performance is inadequate, the internship will be unpaid.
  • The duration of internships (3, 6, or 9 months) will depend on your performance during the live project.
  • Poor performance or failure to maintain standards during internships may result in loss of eligibility for job placement.

Pre-Placement Offer

  • Based on performance, you may receive a pre-placement offer. If vacancies are unavailable, you will be eligible for a recommendation letter from your project manager. Failure to obtain a recommendation letter will require completing another internship.

Government Schemes

  • If you are admitted under any Government schemes, you must follow the scheme's specific rules. Non-compliance may result in your behavior being reported to NSR.

  4. Limitation of Liability: ApnaGuru.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or services offered.
  5. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
