- Eligibility:
- Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each course. Admission is subject to verification of the provided documents.
- Fee Payment and Refund Policy:
- The course fee must be paid in full before the commencement of the program. Installment options, if available, must be followed as per the agreed schedule.
- A non-refundable registration fee of ₹999 must be paid at the time of registration. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
- Training Fees once paid are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in case of course cancellation by the MMEAC.
- If your admission is under any free sponsorship, a security deposit of ₹5,000 is required. This deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of the course and exam. If you do not complete the course, leave in between, or create issues, your admission will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.
- For coaching classes, a monthly fee is applicable for classroom training. Online charges will be as per the course specifics.
- Attendance and Participation:
- Full attendance is mandatory for the entire course duration. Any absence must be justified with valid reasons and approved by the course coordinator.
- A minimum of 90% attendance is required for all classes. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may lead to disqualification from the course.
- During the internship, full attendance is required. Uninformed absences will negatively impact your performance evaluation.
- Assignment and Project Completion:
- All assignments and projects must be completed and submitted within the stipulated deadlines.
- Assignments must be completed to be eligible for the live project. Without completed assignments, participation in the live project will not be permitted.
- If assignments are not completed within the initial 2 months, a one-month grace period is provided. Failure to complete assignments within this period will disqualify you from the job guarantee.
- If tasks are not delivered on time during the live project, you will be required to complete an additional live project before applying for an internship.
- If the live project is not completed within 1 month, it will affect your eligibility for a paid internship.
- Course Duration:
- The course consists of 2 months of training and assignments, followed by a 1-month live project.
- If you are unable to complete the syllabus and assignments within the given time frame, an additional fee of ₹5,000 per month will be charged for each extra month required.
- Certification:
- Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the live project and passing the final exam. If the live project is not completed, the exam will not be conducted. Without the exam, no certification will be awarded, and no refund will be provided.
- For re-appearing in the project and exam, an additional fee of ₹5,000 for the project and ₹1,000 for the exam must be paid.
- Behavior and Code of Conduct:
- Students are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. This includes being punctual, participating actively in classes, and treating peers, instructors, and staff with respect.
- Mobile phones should be switched off or set to silent mode during class hours. Use of mobile phones during lectures or practical sessions is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the instructor for academic purposes.
- Students must maintain cleanliness in the classroom and other facilities. Eating and drinking in classrooms are discouraged unless in designated areas.
- Any form of misconduct or indiscipline may result in termination of enrollment without a refund.
- Illegal activities, sexual harassment, and any behavior that damages the reputation of Maha Mission Education and Career Council will be reported to the local police station and the National Skills Registry (NSR).
- Couple activities or love activities are strictly prohibited. If such activities are reported, they will be immediately communicated to the parents and the local police station. If such activities continue, the student's admission will be canceled, and the behavior will be reported to the National Skills Registry (NSR).
- Use of Facilities:
- Students must use the institution’s facilities, such as labs and libraries, responsibly. If anyone is found misusing the facilities, a penalty of ₹500 or actual damange amount whichever is higher will be imposed after one notice. Any damage caused by a student must be repaired or restored to its original condition by the student responsible.
- Ethics and Integrity:
- Academic honesty and integrity are of utmost importance. Plagiarism, cheating, and any other forms of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.

- National Skills Registry (NSR) Portal Registration:
- You agree to let Maha Mission Education and Career Council, its associates, and its subsidiaries register and enroll students on the National Skills Registry (NSR) portal on your behalf for the purpose of maintaining and sustaining professional reputation and prestige in a professional working environment.
- The National Skills Registry (NSR) is a central database containing background information and verified credentials of working professionals. It aims to ensure transparency and trust in the employment process.
- If any activity damages the reputation of Maha Mission Education and Career Council, MMEAC or its associates or subsidiaries have the right to report the student's behavior on the National Skills Registry (NSR) portal. This may affect the candidate's ability to secure jobs in the future.
- Without prior intimation, if anyone quits training, Maha Mission Education and Career Council has the right to report this on the National Skills Registry (NSR) portal.
- If a student is not following the expected values during training or internship, their behavior will be reported on the National Skills Registry (NSR) portal.
- Internship and Placement:
- Participation in internships and placement opportunities is contingent upon meeting course requirements and performance standards.
- The quality of your performance in the live project will determine whether you receive a paid internship. Poor performance will result in an unpaid internship (no stipend).
- Based on your project performance, your internship stipend will range from a minimum of ₹6,000 to a maximum of ₹12,000.
- The duration of your internship (3 months, 6 months, or 9 months) will be recommended based on your performance during the live project.
- Failure to uphold the values and performance standards during the internship may result in disqualification from the internship and loss of eligibility for the job guarantee program.
- Pre-Placement Offer:
- Based on your performance, you may receive a pre-placement offer from the company where you intern. If there is no vacancy, you will be eligible for a recommendation letter.
- You must obtain a recommendation letter with good remarks from your project manager. If you do not receive a recommendation letter, you will not be eligible for job placement and will need to complete another internship at a different company.
- Government Schemes:
- If your admission is under any Government schemes, you should follow the specific rules of that scheme. Non-compliance may result in reporting your behavior to the National Skills Registry (NSR) portal.
